Congratulations Mike and Mark on your wonderful achievements at Crufts this year !
You must feel very proud of them all !
Love and very best wishes from Merv, Jan and James
Lovely to find your website and see so many lovely cockers. Manchela He’s My Man, aka Lucas is 13 this year and although a bit deaf is still as loving, naughty, funny, greedy and gorgeous as ever. His temperament has been second to none, just the most wonderful family member.
Just read the very sad news of Larry – father of my beautiful Manchela Chorister (or ‘Jarvis’ as we know him, who is now 10 years old and still behaving like a puppy…). Doris too, so sad. She was such a lovely little dog. We were smitten when we met her and would have happily come away from your house with two dogs that day instead of just the one. Sending you very special thoughts Mike and a big hug. Jayne xxx
No words can express the sadness you must be feeling with the passing of ‘Larry’ – Sh. Ch. Manchela Blue Lagoon JW. Although he spent his later years with a special family, only to return to you on many happy occasions when he spent his holidays at ‘Langlea’. Due to your early special connection however, and the strong bond you had with ‘Larry’, together with the fact that that you knew what the other was thinking, his ability to show emotion, honesty and his loyalty to you, made him a truly great dog. You were so blessed to have owned ‘Larry’ and for him too to be with you through his Showing days, when he achieved his fantastic results. To leave a wonderful line of decendants too can only speak for such an exceptional dog. Our thoughts are with you, at a very sad time. xx
Oscar is six months old today! – He is an amazing little boy and we all love him dearly – he is my little shadow and so well behaved with loads of energy and love to give back – Website is great for us to follow your success with your girls and boys and of course the arrival of new puppies :o)
Thank you so much for mentioning Becky on your website. It is nice to know she was loved & meant so much to you.
It was an honour to have her from you. I remember you first told me about her when she was just 9 weeks old and we got her at 6 months. It was obviously meant to be. When she ran over to me you said that normally she was wary of strangers and I knew then she was the one for us! I have her ashes now and will keep them in a treasured place. All the best to you for the future. Take care & kind Regards, Clare & Family X
Having flown all the way from Trinidad to see Ellie in the show ring, I was thrilled to see her show so beautifully and win!!! Well done Michael and Ellie. The Trinidad contingent is very proud of you both. I was also very happy to meet Manchela Star Struck’s (or Buddy as we call him) sister Sky. What a beautiful girl. I have to say that the litter of puppies from Alice and Samuel are truly beautiful and I am eternally grateful to Anne Dicker and Michael for affording me the privilege of owning my Dykere Emme Lou Desire and my Manchela Star Struck. These dogs have given me such tremendous joy! I look forward to seeing more from Ellie, Willow and Sky. Good luck to all.
Nice speaking with you on the phone a couple of weeks ago and I love the website. As per your suggestion, I am registering interest (on behalf of my brother) for an orange roan bitch puppy that will be ready to go home in December 2013/January 2014. Hope you will be able to help.
I was delighted and so proud of your achievements with Ellie, and Willow at the City of Birmingham Ch Show at the weekend. You can only achieve these wonderful results with very happy, and healthy dogs. My sincere congrutlations. x
Your patience and hard work have been truly rewarded today at the Southern Counties Championship Show – 31st May with your two girls, Ellie and Willow, together with further achievements from your ‘Manchela” breeding. Willow – ‘Manchela Wild Willow’ gaining her thrid ‘Ticket’ making her a Sh. Ch (subject to KC approval) is a wonderful reward for the ‘Manchela’ name, and so justly deserved. Very many congratulations. xx
What a wonderful achievement for Ellie’s first appoearance at Crufts. I am so very proud of you both – a true reward for your very hard work, and your commitment to her. Anne
Hi Michael! Firstly Happy Christmas to you and your team! Secondly – Do you think you could publish any grooming /trimming tips for us? Megan is fast becoming a teddy bear and I need to know how to progress. I hate the clippered look – do you use clippers on your dogs or do you work with scissors and comb? If you do use clippers can you tell us more about them and recommend a brand? A video clip would be wonderful!! Feet are a particular problem at the moment in what must be the wettest three months ever! She’s still as wonderful as ever and as you said – she definitely has attitude! She tends to stretch us to our limits!!
We love her dearly and can’t imagine life without her. Have a Happy New Year and enjoy your Christmas.

Again many thanks for our Meg! She fulfills all we have ever wanted – bright, very clever, (no dumb blond here), impish and naughty – but our lovely little girl. We will keep you up to date with more photos when we can get her to stay still! She is sooo trainable and repays all the time we spend with her and more … The website is really good, Michael – congratulations! Keep up the great work.
Heidi is really fun and likes her new home with me,my mummy and my daddy.
She loves to play fetch and for me to tickle her tummy!!!!She likes her toy sausages and her toy hot dog.
A further fantastic result(s) with ‘Willow’ – winning a large Limit class at the Three Counties Championshop Show, and then the Reserve CC. Wow, fantastic, I am sooo thrilled for you .. and last weekend, at the Southern CountiesShow, she had a very a commendable 2nd in the Limit class. What a month June is turning out to be for you and your ‘girls’ … Willow and Cherry! My fingers are crossed that the ‘Holy Horror’ will, with time, also do you proud! x
A lovely picture and message received by you from Ingunn Morseth in Norway of your ‘special boy’, and so reassuring too that Ingunn is growing to love him as much as you do.
A lovely picture too of ‘Willow’ taken at Bath Championship Show. Congratulations Michael, and I look forward to receiving news of further successes!

What a fantastic achievement by your special boy ‘Samuel’ gaining his SU(u)CH title today so soon after his move to his new home in Norway, and so very early in the Show season too, building on the hard work which you put in with his early career. Wonderful news.
Congratulations too, with another successful result with ‘Willow’ at the Devon County Show, winning BOB.
